Company building, located in Uskudar Semsi Pasa Bostani Street, was bought as a second level historical wooden building by UPM in 1998. After collapsing, wooden building was rebuilt according to its origin. When decided to move company office to this building in 2003, it was decorated for office use. It has restaurant, cafeteria, indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness center as well as office parts at your service.
Building is protected with latest technology security systems and has guard for 24 hours. Computer network and telephone systems are completely wireless. It is impossible to see cables. All floors, except for ground floor, have open Bosporus view. View involves a panorama from Eminonu to 2nd Bosporus Bridge.
